Why is it important to exercise ??
You maybe thinking 'How can I exercise when I am soo tired I can
Barely get through the day?? You can do it as long as you start out
very slowly and be careful not to overexert yourself. Most
Important it will make you feel better.
Exercise means less risk for all kind of deceases. It induce asthma,
Reduce low back pain, high cholesterol, heart problems ,high blood
pressure etcetera…………………….
Today many young people don’t get enough exercise mainly because
of the electronic alternatives that occupy much of their time.
It is essential to stress the importance of a good diet and exercise
among all. It should be everyone's goal to live longer and healther by
maintaining healthy diet, regular exercise, and normal weight
Here are some suggestions and motivations to commit ourselves to
exercise at least 3 times a week.
* Think of exercise as a menu rather than a diet .choose a number of
different physical activities that are personally enjoyable.
* Stick to a prepared schedule and record progress.
* Develop an interest or hobby that requires physical activity.
* Adopt simple routines such as climbing the stairs instead of taking the
elevator, walking instead of driving to local places.
* Exercise with friends.
* Join a gym or take classes.
* Exercise videos may also be helpful, but people should be sure they
are suited to there individual age and health needs.
Finnally, exercise release stress and lift up self-confidence.
